Breakfast
Cottage cheese with tomato and chive, crunchy bread
Every morning I just toast my bread, top it with the cottage cheese, well-balanced breakfast that’s high in fibre and protein!
Cottage cheese, chopped chives, diced tomato, dill, salt & pepper to taste. Then pile it all on top of a couple of slices bread and enjoy!
Snack 1
Banana smoothie
Bananas are not only delicious and convenient, they provide a wide range of health benefits that put them on the top of my grocery list.
Bananas have a natural antacid effect which protects against stomach ulcers and ulcer damage. Eating bananas helps to stimulate the cells in your stomach that compose the acid-protective lining.
Lunch
Noodle with vegetables, feta cheese and sesame seeds
Every cook has in his or her kitty simple dishes that can be rustled up in a short time.
I find that stir fried vegetables with toasted sesame seeds is a very useful dish to know when I want to spend less time in the kitchen and try our dishes at the same time eat a wide variety of vegetables.
Snack 2
Mexican soup with beef
We really liked the slightly spicy version of this classic hearty meal. Everyone in the family was happy with this soup!
Dinner
Roasted turkey tomato, green bean, black olives and rice sticks
One can constantly explore and experiment with a wide variety of flavours and textures depending on the produce available in the markets.
This meal is just the thing. Packed with green beans, lean ground turkey, and a simple spicy Asian stir-fry sauce.
