Pescatarian plan

The assumption of Pescatarian diet is the complete elimination of poultry and red meat.  Rich in fiber, unsaturated fatty acids, and antioxidants vitamins, especially from groups C and E. Menu is based on fish, seafood, dairy products, eggs, seeds legumes, grain products and fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. Thanks to the predominance of plant products, it improves metabolism and facilitates slimming The diet is divided into 5 meals that should be eaten at regular intervals time, thereby affecting the rate of metabolism. Assumes a safe weight loss of 0.5 up to 1 kg per week which guarantees long-lasting results.
