(meat, fish, eggs, dairy and honey). This diet contains rich in minerals and proteins grains, vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds, fruit and plant origin products. We compose menu with special care to make sure that necessary amounts of macronutrients are provided. The diet is divided into 5 meals that should be eaten at regular intervals to speed up metabolism. Assumes a
