Do you need more energy?


Many people feel tired or run-down at some point during the day. A lack of energy could affect your daily activities and make you less productive.

The fact is that the type and quantity of food you eat play an essential role in determining your energy levels during the day.

Even though all foods give you energy, some foods contain nutrients that could help increase your energy levels and maintain your alertness and focus throughout the day.

Breakfast

Mushrooms, pepper, tomato oat omelette

This savoury breakfast is packed with lots of veggies typically found in a Spanish frittata including red pepper, onion, tomato and mushrooms. They pair nicely with oats in the egg mixture for a well-rounded meal.

Pear and melon mousse.

Fresh pear and melon mousse make this a great morning snack.

Melon contains several nutrients that are vital for repairing and maintaining strong bones, including folic acid, vitamin K and magnesium.
